Heat oil in kadai, add slitted green chillies, then add chopped onions . Saute for 2 minutes and then add crushed peppercorns.
Then add the minced lamb and saute for 5-6 minutes.Add corriander powder, chilly powder, salt, and cook on a low flame.
Then in another pan, heat some oil and add chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies. Saute n then add chopped onions.
Once the onions are browned, add turmeric powder and some more corriander powder, chilly powder and some water. Add the tomatoes and cook to they melt.
Once the tomatoes are melted, add the squares of onions and cook for 5-6 minutes. Then add the cooked mutton into this mixture.
Add corriander leaves, add water and check for salt. Cook till the water evaporates and the meat is done. serve..
